Windows 10: Unlink Account from Window's password

Hello,I installed windows 10 that we got from university. At the past one year and a half every time I change my university's user somehow my computer's password changes as well.Today I unlinked one drive from my computer but it still shows me that my password is related to the microsoft user. if I delete my microsoft user will it solve it? When we finish university they delete our accounts and I'm scared I'll stay out of my user. At the beginning I didn't have this issue.

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
