Windows 10: Unlink Win 10 Pro embedded hardware association with Microsoft Servers

I have a related question to this topic in a different post. Could you please help me out with this seemingly complicated issue? I have been dealing with it for months and I'd like to find a solution already. Thank you for your guidance.

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

i have dreamspark win 8.1 embedded industry pro and i make the Icon of get win 10 appear manually as someone explain

for now there is no upgrade arrives and the Icon of get win 10 doesn't change to download win 10

any solution for this ??
