Windows 10: Unlinking my accounts

How can I unlink my PC and my laptop? My PC is under an email as my laptop was under a different email. Today I decided to do a factory reset on an old laptop and when I signed in, I accidentally used my email that was under my PC leading to both my PC and laptop linking. Meaning if I download something on my pc, it'll also pop up on my laptop, and if I download something on my laptop it'll go straight to my PC. I tried to un-sync, reset, some others as well, but I'm not sure how to sign out of this Microsoft account on my laptop or reset my laptop without it resetting everything on my PC as w

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

 

Can anyone tell me how to delete these accounts from GMail ?
