Windows 10: Unlock computer when I cannot get MS to help online

I used my legacy spectrum email nycap.rr.com to log on to my computer.I moved and didn't realize my spectrum email would be deleted.My PC Windows 11, which I used my nycap.rr.com address to log on to is now locked and I can no longer log on.I have used the account reset tool many times and it keeps saying it cannot unlock my account.I can easily verify it is me by providing a license, passport or anything else but just cannot find anyway to speak to someone.My laptop is pretty new and it is locked and I am unable to use it.How can I get this fixed?

Login not accepted for my MS Account

Let me explain, again, what I have experienced:

• I use my MS account to unlock this computer. No problem doing that
• I attempted to use other apps requiring the MS login, like Outlook, or even this forum, and it would not accept the very same credentials I used to unlock the computer
• I used my wife's MS account to login to this forum so that I could seek help
• I have tried resetting my MS account twice, and that did not work either.

I would appreciate suggestions OTHER than wha I have already tried

Computer stuck at lock screen and after Anniversary Update on Windows 10

Do let us know if you are able to see any error message/ error code with locking the computer.

Let us try the below steps to unlock and check if it helps.

• I suggest you to restart the computer, try to unlock and check if the issue persists.
• Use On-screen keyboard to type in your password and check if it helps.

Click on the Ease of access on the lock screen at the right-bottom corner, turn on
On-screen keyboard to type the password.
