Windows 10: "Unlock Full Game" Minecraft Windows 10/Bedrock Glitch Help!!!!

I received Minecraft for Windows 10 for free in 2015 for owning Minecraft Java and all has went well until I joined the Nether Update beta using Xbox Insider app. Ever since I left the beta a few months ago, I have been unable to play Minecraft Windows 10 because it thinks my version is the "trial" version. I have contacted Mojang but they said this would need to be directed at Xbox/Microsoft and since I cannot find a way to chat with an agent Virtual AI assistant cannot help me, I am stuck posting this asking for HELP. I have paid for realms/coins multiple times and I think it's unfair that I cannot access something I rightfully own. I have seen videos regarding this issue but seems like the other victims have given up with finding a resolve with this beta glitch. I have proof that I own the game and it still shows in my library as purchased in 2015. I have tried signing out/back in, deleting Microsoft Store data, and used the cmd for resolving issues/troubleshooter built into Windows 10. Someone help? :

• From where did you download the Minecraft Bedrock Edition?
  
• Were you able to play Minecraft Bedrock Edition earlier on this computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

Minecraft Bedrock edition

Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

I have just done a search on Minecraft Bedrock edition and could not find it. Are you sure it was Minecraft Bedrock edition, and not another edition of Minecraft?

I have also looked on your Xbox profile and found that you do not have Minecraft Bedrock Edition in the games you have played. You seem to have the following: Minecraft, Minecraft Xbox One Edition, and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.

Please can you check to make sure it shows under My purchases on https://account.microsoft.com
