Windows 10: Unlock Windows EFS files on a Separate computer.

I have a 64 GB USB drive that I divided into two partitions, one partition held all my data and I have complete access to, the other partition was bit-locked encrypted with a bunch of .txt files on it. These .txt files hold all my passwords, usernames, and backup keys to everything. When I set up bit locker, I saved the keys to my Microsoft account.I went on my PC today and disabled bit Locker on the partition because I was moving it to a different drive. The thing is the files are still encrypted and now I can't access them because the hard drive that I encrypted the files on is corrupt and i

I suggest you to start the Encrypting File System (EFS) Service and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key + R from the Keyboard.
• Type services.msc and hit Enter.
• Search for Encrypting File System (EFS) Service.
• Double click on Encrypting File System (EFS) Service and click on
  Start button.
• Click on the dropdown list and set the Startup type to
  Automatic.

Windows EFS Files encryption copy file on remote computer

Hello

is that possible don't read or execute an encrypted file with EFS on another computer until I import my own certificate on that computer? If its impossible please offer me a tools like efs.
