Windows 10: Unlocked device from Microsoft account error - no unlock option

Using my phone - I logged into my Microsoft account online and located my device my laptop- up to date software Microsoft 10 or 11 and I locked it temporarilyI found my laptop and I turned it on and the screen says ENTER PIN Then it says “An administrator has restricted sign in. To sign in, make sure your device is connected to the internet, and have your administrator sign in first”. I double checked my internet connection. All good. Try logging back in on the computer and it it say ENTER PIN again annnnd then it say “ An administrator has restricted sign in. To sig

Are you sure it's called DNA ad unlocker and not DNS Unlocker? If the latter......................

Unlocker programs

It's always great to have multiple tools in your toolkit, hence why it is a toolkit.

I prefer to use UnlockIT because it has a more advanced GUI that allows me to view all the .dll's and process hooks in the locked files.

The best of the best in my opinion, however, I would have both in my toolkit in the event UnlockIT cannot do the job for some strange reason (which it has not given any problems).

 

Looking for an unlocked phone to test on


I've started programming in Visual Studio 2015 under Windows 10.

I'd like to get an unlocked phone to test with.

I saw a whole bunch of unlocked phones on Amazon.

Any suggestions as to what phone would be best for that?
