Windows 10: Unlocked device from Microsoft account error - no unlock option

Using my phone - I logged into my Microsoft account online and located my device my laptop- up to date software Microsoft 10 or 11 and I locked it temporarilyI found my laptop and I turned it on and the screen says ENTER PIN Then it says “An administrator has restricted sign in. To sign in, make sure your device is connected to the internet, and have your administrator sign in first”. I double checked my internet connection. All good.
