Windows 10: Unlocking a laptop with windows 10

My daughter locked both her account, and my admin account on her new laptop. She was angry that I set myself up as the admin, and changed her settings so she could keep me out. Then when she forgot her password and PIN #, she tried to guess at my account, and you can guess where this is going. The "Helpful" tips, say to click on "Forgot My PIN" under the Login bar. But! When I do that the screen blanks, and goes back to the lock screen. Trying to do the same on the Admin account, goes black, and back to her lock screen. I've dug through the suggestions, and there's no advice on this level of b
