Windows 10: Unlocking computer

I cannot open my computer, have forgotten password as I haven't used it in forever. I was advised to use Advanced Options in Troubleshooting, and to change settings in UEFI firmware. I am told I need a Bitlocker Key. When I go to Microsoft as instructed its like getting the run-around. There is no access to the bit locker key needed to proceed.

Also in my Microsoft account, with my device it indicates that encryption is NOT enabled.


What else can I try?

Are you sure it's called DNA ad unlocker and not DNS Unlocker? If the latter......................

Sea of Thieves on Windows 10: can't unlock achievements

Normally, achievements will be unlocked once you complete a certain task, mission or challenge on the game. If you recently installed the game on your computer, I suggest that you uninstall the game first, and then reset the Windows Store cache by performing
the following steps:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
• Reinstall the game in question.
• Once done, attempt to unlock the achievement again.
