Windows 10: Unlocking laptop with error 0x8007139f

After a crash my laptop doesn't recognize my pin and without unlocking I can't open a browser to reset the pin Help !

That is usually (but not always) a transient error. Restart the computer and that should fix it though some users report a manual update of Windows Defender is sometimes needed.
