    About a month ago I've bought a brand new 2in1 with windows 11 pro 21h2 preinstalled. Today windows update prompt me to install v23h2 and I accepted. The installation frozen on restart at 73%. I shut it down and on restart it reversed the changes and booted again with v21h2. On the next atempt to install the update, it begin to show a blue screen with the msg "unmountable boot drive" ntfs. I tried to fix it by booting from external usb bootable flash drive but when it comes to the first screen of windows installation it shows again the "unmountable boot drive" blue screen so I cannot access

    Hi! i own a hp elite book 4g/6g . recently it has been facing some problems with its battery (it turns off without any warning). The laptop had a problem before it used to blue screen so fast i could not see it but after a few months when i restarted it i saw it, and them the hp diagnostic tool opened on its own and fixed it (idk what happened). Today morning i was watching a video and it shut off again without any notice (the battery was drained) but when i tried to boot it, it gave me the blue screen with the stop code unmountable boot volume. i have tried every thing from using a boot drive to access the cmd and follow the steps on this Redirecting but it wont work plz help me

    Unmountable Boot Volume

    Unmountable boot volume usually means a bad hard drive. Booting the XP CD and running chkdsk will sometime bring the computer back to life for a while, but eventually the drive will die.
