Windows 10: Unmountable boot error

Hello! My laptop has been getting the blue screen with the “unmountable boot error” when I try to start it up. I made USB drive of the windows media installation to try to fix it but it doesn’t show up. Ive tried changing the boot order & tried using F9 to select it but it’s the USB doesnt come up. I also have tried Windows 10 USB drive that I purchased. And my screen says there is no operating system and to choose one, so I highlight the Windows 10 usb drive, choose the 64 bit installation and it says loading files then brings me to an screen where it says HP and tries load it looks like but then the screen goes black. I have also ran diagnostixcs test the Ram passed. I passed the the SMART check but failed the long DST with the failure ID 9LGEK-85E971-XD7X7G-61BA03. With the short test it said HDD primary drive failed. How do i go about fixing this? I dont need the data on their, if i need to reset it all i can. Hard drive is only 2 yrs old & out of warrenty. Its a Hp paviilion envy laptop
