Windows 10: ‎Unmountable Windows drive, because BitLocker is interrupted ‎ #‎28437819‎

I enabled BitLocker for someone. It seems the process was interrupted. When I enter manage-bde status I see the percentage of the encrypted data is unknown.Please note that I did that from the laptop itself, not Azure

  How exactly you are trying to unmount the drive. Is it through Command prompt or from Disk management?

  What exactly happens when you try to unmount?
  
• 
  Did you receive any error message while trying to unmount?
  

I suggest you to try the steps given below and check if it helps.

Please close all the Windows before trying the steps.

  Open Disk management.
  
• 
  Right-click the mounted drive that you want to remove, and then click
  Change Drive Letter and Paths.
  
• 
  Click Remove, and then click Yes.

Can you take a screen shot of the bitlocker window?

Also, what happens when you highlight the drive in This PC and go to the Manage tab? There should be some bitlocker options there.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.
