Windows 10: Unnable to Switch out of S Mode

Hello,


Trying to switch from S Mode to Windows 10 Home, and the Windows Store is not allowing me to do it.


When I search for 'S Mode' on the Windows Store, I'm prompted with this message:





When I go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Go to the Store I get this message:





I've tried the following solutions after searching around:

-Updating Windows 10. I'm on version 1909. Checking for updates shows no other updates available.

-Updating all apps in the Microsoft Store

-Typing WSReset.exe into the search bar and letting the command run

-Resetting the Windows Store app from Settings > Apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset

-Runnings the troubleshooter for Windows store appsit doesn't find anything

-Clearing the LocalCache folder

-Pretty much every thread I've been able to find, I've tried the solutions and nothing seems to work.


The next step seems to be to do a Repair Install, but its a bit of a hassle to create installation media since I'm using a Surface Go.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.
