  1. "Unpartition" my hard drive

Several years back I partitioned my C drive and created a D drive with much more space than I probably should have. Now I need to take more free space from D and put it back to C which had less than 3 GB remaining. Is this somehow possible?

    :)

  2. Unpartitioning the Hard Drive

My husband installed a new hard drive on his computer and we installed the Windows 10 Upgrade. The hard drive is 1.75 Terabytes. He is not an expert, and he somehow partitioned the drive upon installation, and the C drive has only 4 MG of memory, and it
is completely full. I want to regain the rest of the memory lost through partitioning that is on the second part of the drive. How can I unpartition the C drive? I don't want any partitions.

    Thank you.

  3. Unpartitioning the Hard Drive

    To the Microsoft Community:

Thank you to everyone who tried to help me with this problem. I truly appreciate all of your efforts in assisting me.

I am pleased to tell you all that my problem has been solved, and I have gained all of my space back to the C drive. Thanks to DaveM121, who suggested I download AOMEI Partition Assistant, this freeware did the trick!

    Thanks again,

  4. "Unpartition" my hard drive

    Overclock your hard drive!!!

Heres a much easier hack that I realized quite a few years ago that really does work!

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Hard drive with molex power connection.
    • PSU with more than 1 strand that has molex plugs on it.
    • Wire strippers, soldering iron if you're fancy, electrical tape if you're not.
    STEPS:
    • Take the strand of connectors from your PSU, and decide which one will be the donator for this overclocking adventure.
    • Cut the yellow and orange cables, then twist them together.
    • Find the power connector you've chosen as the overclocking connector, and release the orange cable from the connector. Now use your preferred method to bind them together, then place it back together.
    • Plug in a drive and feel the speed!
Congratulations! You've just overclocked your hard drive!
