Windows 10: Unplayable pings in games

Hello there, My name is Lumi and I have been having this issue for a while now, I have been having unplayable pings around 1000 - 2000 in my online games for a while now, I have mostly tried everything but just wanted to know if maybe there's something wrong with my laptop, I have reset my router and contacted my Local ISP and they fixed the issue for a while but it seems that the problem isn't with my router or Wi-Fi but probably my laptop since non of my other family members seem to be having any problem. Extremely High Ping while playing games (Need help)

Hi, I use an Inspiron series laptop, from dell, model 3567 and whenever i play games such as Minecraft, my FPS goes extremely low and my ping/latency increases, making the game unplayable.. and this is not only for mc- it applies for other games too.

Even with an internet averaging 500 MBPS (sometimes 1.2 GPBS) my ping is extremely high and makes it unplayable.

Is there any way I can get around this, thank you..

(Edit... My ping averages at 150)

 

Extremely high ping when playing games but low ping when doing anything else.

Oh wait I found the issue, whenever my laptop is charging that is when my ping spikes and game are unplayable but as soon as I unplug my charger from the laptop my ping fixes it self and the games are playable. Do you know why this could be? (Thx for all ur help btw)

 

Games for HIGH ping?

thats not a bad suggestion. they are turn based.
