Windows 10: Unrecognizable microsoft account appeared in my account settings

I keep getting a notice that there is potentially a problem with my Microsoft account. When I accessed Settings > Email and Accounts, I notice a new account with an "thedeonaovayoutlook.com.vn" email address under "Accounts used by other Apps" which I do not recognize. I have reset my password on my gmail account, but cant remove the other account or manage it without a password for that outlook.vn account. Any help out there on this issue?

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

 

Microsoft account set as a work account and a Microsoft Account

As per the description, I suggest that you sign out of one of the accounts and sign into the account again. This will help us to know if the account used in either of the account is not the same.

To sign-out of the Microsoft Account follow the steps below

• Sign in to your Microsoft account on Windows 10.
• Click Start and then PC settings.
• Click Users and accounts and under Your Profile click Disconnect on the right of the screen.

• Type in a Username, Password, and Password Hint that you want set for your Local account and click
