Windows 10: unreliable updates micro soft store wont work

yes i cant speak im so stunned my brain is starting to cease up.

i am very disappointed not even angry just very sad. i spent almost 2 hours trying to download an app on Microsoft. ive spent weeks trying to fix my $700 pc because ive lost sound due to windows 10 updates that caused this. my last pc i lost because i was getting blue screens due to windows updates for windows 10. while in communication with a pro at Microsoft she walked me through some steps finally. was so thankfull for her help and that she assured me that i have taken the right steps to protect my pc. well the next day i nturned it on and nothing would happen it just died on me. so now i have a new one that cost me $700 plus taxes. well what happens ive lost my sound for 2 to 3 weeks ive tried what was suggested trouble shooting windows 10 updates but i cant get my sound back... sorry for the misspellings im just so tired and numb...

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
