Windows 10: unresponsive cursor

    unresponsive cursor


    Playing Spider. card that i want to move is in the lower right corner of screen. When click upon nothing happens. Th rest of the screen seems normal. Frustrating!!

    Windows 10 Email will not open. cursor is unresponsive

    updated to windows 10. My email worked fine at first. Now it comes in but I can't open it. It lists what they are but can't open them . The cursor is unresponsive when I click on anything on the page.

    Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    Downloaded Windows 10 on my laptop from 7. Veeerrryyyy slooooow to boot up. I finally get to my desk top and my cursor is unresponsive. I don't have a mouse, just the touch pad. I can't even back out of 10 and reinstall 7 because my cursor will not move.
    Hard shutdown every time because I can't reach the shutdown menu. What's up?
