Windows 10: Unresponsive PC with black screen, loud fan noise, high temperature, when idle

About every month or two, when I leave my Windows 11 Dell desktop on, and go and watch some TV in the evening, I come back to an unresponsive PC with a black screen, with loud fan noises and a high temperature. The only way to regain control is to power down, and then reboot.This has never happened when I'm using it, which is most of the day, every day.I'm not running any intensive/software games or graphics, just Edge and Chrome browsers, WhatsApp for PC, and Outlook Office 365.I worry about this because, if this were to happen at night when I'm asleep, who knows what could happen if the PC

Loud laptop fan noise

I have an Asus laptop and it's a quite old model. It originally had a hdd and I changed it to ssd. It did improve the performance speed but the fan is making louder noise than hdd. The laptop also heat up faster especially the palm rest. The air come out
from the cooling fan has a high temperature. I didn't use it to play games or other things that require high usage of cpu and gpu. Is this normal for ssd?

 

Black Screen after high CPU temperature

Today When I booted to windows 10, After some minutes, Suddenly Mouse & keyboard stopped working. I restrated the PC with reset button & went to the BIOS & checked the monitoring section. There I saw that temperature of CPU is too high (more than 80c) & after some seconds, the PC gets shut down autamatically. After some seconds I turned on the PC & go to the monitoring section of BIOS again. The temperature of CPU started from 55c & went up very fast, And when reached to 84c, the PC gets shut down automatically again.

I checked the CPU fan but it was spinning normally, Opened the CPU fan, & I though maybe its bcuz the lack of Thermal grease. Grabbed some Thermal grease and used some over CPU fan. Put back the fan & turned on the PC. But this time, the screen of monitor is black (All black & without any blinking indicator or something) & It won't even goes to the BIOS now. I then removed all the RAMs & tried them one by one, But got no luck. Even changed the GPU, but nothing happened.

CPU: i7 930
MB: AsRock X58 Extreme3
RAM: 2x2GB Corsair (DDR3) + 2x2GB Patriot (DDR3)
OS: Windows 10

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

 

Fan noise

Are there any problems with the fan noise? IS it loud or can you hear it at all? I currently have the Lenovo Yoga 920 and the fan is so loud!!! I need one with no fan noise or very very very quite noise.
