    Unsolvable blue screening


    Ever since I got my MSI GF66 gaming laptop I've been having problems with blue screening, usually when I play games. It's getting to the point where I can't play a game for more than 20 minutes before it blue screens. I also get various different stop codes which I've looked far and wide to diagnose and fix, but I haven't found a single solution that stops the crashing or what actually causes it, but it's making my pretty new laptop 2 years old almost unusable, especially when it was bought for gaming.

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
