Windows 10: Unstalling problem PLEASE HELP

I downloaded Exitlag and wanted to try and see if it had a significant help with lag and realized pretty quickly that it wouldn't work in my case in fact it made it slower so I just stop worrying about it a turned the application off I had a free trial for 3 days and once it was up I tried to get into a game and I would go into the loading screen and it would kick me right back into the lobby This got me really ticked off and I pretty much immediately knew that is was Exitlag's fault because this has never been a problem before so I went and deleted the application I'm quite new to pc gaming and I don't know exactly how I'm supposed to delete everything which is kind of my fault but when I went to click uninstall the program said it could not be deleted because it was still running which really frustrated me I tried many different thing until I came across a video using Revouninstaller and it worked or well I thought and everything seemed to be normal I thought I had deleted every trace of Exitlag but about a day later during a lunch break from school I went to play again and I had the same problem I found a temporary fix but nothing permanent PLEAE HELP

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
