Windows 10: Unstoppable McAfee side pop-ups

My Dell laptop has been infected with Unstoppable McAfee side pop-ups. Chrome settings have always blocked pop-ups, and I added a long list of banned sites, but the side pop-ups keep coming. I don't have McAfee, so can't uninstall it. Norton Anti-Virus does its scans, but they do nothing.

What kind of pop-up do you receive? Is it a notification pop-up or a threat pop-up?

Having multiple security software can slow down your computers performance.

You may follow the steps below on how to manage the notification pop-ups on your computer.

Press Windows Key + I
Click on System
On the left pane menu, click on Notifications & Action
Scroll down and locate "Get notifications from these senders"
Locate the McAfee and Norton and toggle their button to off.

Close the settings. You should stop getting notifications from those app after restarting your computer.

McAfee Pop up

I do not and never have had Mcafee installed on my PC. I started getting a pop up today (See below). Defiantly a virus. I've run Defender and Malwarebytes, neither one finds and removes it. This has been listed earlier but neither of the fixes offered works. Is anyone else having this issue and come up with a way to make go away? Note, I copied this graphic from another list and the "Google Chrome" does not appear on my pop up. Thanks in advance, Tony
