    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I will surely assist you with this.

    I understand that you receive error “you are using an unsupported browser” while accessing few websites using Internet Explorer 11. I would definitely assist you in fixing the issue.

    This might be caused due to compatibility issues. I would suggest you to enable “Display all Websites in Compatibility view” option.

    Follow these steps:

    a. Open Internet Explorer.

    b. Select “Tools” menu, if it is not displayed press “Alt” key from your keyboard to view the Menu bar.

    c. Then select “Compatibility view Settings” option from the list.

    d. Place a check mark next to “Display intranet sites in Compatibility view” at the bottom of the window.

    e. Click on “Close” button.

    f. Close then reopen Internet Explorer and then check if this fixes the issue.

    When you received the error New Yahoo Mail will no longer support your browser it means you need to update your browser.
    To efficiently assist you, we'd like to verify few things:

    • Which browser are you using?
    • What is the exact error message when you tried updating your browser?
    • Have you tried using other browser? If, yes, does the issue still persists?

    Unsupported browser message at Yahoo Mail

    On affected sites, Compatibility View is probably the culprit.

    Compatibility View tells websites that you're running an earlier version of Internet Explorer.

    From IE> Tools (or Alt + t)> Compatibility View Settings, verify that the site is not in the list, that "Use Microsoft compatibility lists" is unchecked and that "Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View" is unchecked.
