    Unsupported processor error on MSI z790


    Hello I updated my windows 10 this week and after that my computer goes died and giving unsupported processor please help me I am not successful to boot windows I have MSI z790 mother board , processor i7 13th , I download windows 11 to my laptop and install to my died desktop but not successful please any one help me

    Unsupported processor bsod 13900k

    Hey, I am building a new build and am constantly getting stuck in a unsupported processor bsod loop.

    If I install from an old windows 10 USB I can get to windows, however if I update this or try windows 11 the loop starts again.

    I have a 13900k with a MSI z790-p Wifi board. DDR5 RAM and a 3080.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Dear Paul,

    thank you for your reply, just to repeat myself - this is brand new system with Z790 MSI motherboard, i9-13900KF CPU and RTX4090 GPU, no chance to have "old drivers" in my case.

    1. I do have latest Nvidia driver from official website 527.56 (WHQL)

    2. This step doing nothing as #1

    3. Same as #2

    4. I installed driver from Nvidia website

    5. I do have most recent BIOS from MSI website

    Is this blue screen or stop code error or just the error under PC Health Check app? What processor you've currently?
