Unsure whats causing BSoD "Memory Management"

I recently built a new pc, the ssd was the only part reused from my old system. After about a day or two i started getting crashes only in destiny 2, no other game. Most of the crashes were the same but one time i got the BSoD with the Memory_Management stop code. I didnt do anything about it and kept playing destiny 2 and it kept crashing, but the other games i played were fine. A few days later i get the same BSoD playing Titanfall 2 this is the only crash iv had so far in another game in the two weeks of playing on the new system. This time i ran a memory diagnostic tool, an sfc scan and checked my drivers but nothing came up. Since then iv continued getting crashes in destiny 2 and only destiny 2. Yesterday i got the BSoD for the third time. I ran the scans again and nothing came up.

Im not sure what to do so any help would be appreciated

Can anyone tell me what is causing this?

    BSOD- memory management

Upon checking the dump file, the issue is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Ntoskrnl.exe is the one responsible for memory management that is why you're having the Memory Management error. We suggest that you follow the steps found in the link that we provided
in our last reply to resolve the issue. Please take note that if you're overclocking your processor or video card, kindly reset their settings to default.

Let us know the outcome after performing the provided steps.

    What causes a BSOD?

Am I correct when I say a BSOD is usually the result of bad memory, HDD or a combination of the two?

What else can cause a BSOD?
