    Unsyncing two computers


    I set up Bluetooth on my desktop to use my new speakers. After I did that my husbands desktop somehow became attached to my computer and he cannot us his. It shows my desktop theme and sidebar. I've already tried to go into settings and remove the Bluetooth and turned off syncing, but that isn't solving the problem. Can anyone help me?

    Wrong configuration settings may be the possible reason why you're unable to
    unsynced the account. To address your issue, we'd like to gather more information:

    • Did you get any error messages when you tried to change your user account type to administrator?
    • Have you tried unsyncing his account?

    Any response will be highly appreciated.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
