    Good Day, I kept my PC on overnight while transferring large files to another drive and the next day, had a series of .exe files in my startup. My Windows defender is locked and I cannot toggle it to "ON". I ran the internal disk check and also reset to restart Windows Security and nothing happened. In the Startup tab under the Task Manager I can see a series of startup files just named "Program". Under the Command Line column, I can see a drive path see image for these specific files. But when I try to locate them using File Explorer, they do not appear even with "view hidden Files" tu

    Trying to download Chrome browser (exe file)

    when trying to open, prompts open with and list programs to open with

    will not allow exe file.
