Windows 10: Unusable Ethernet connection after startup

Hello,So for the past week now my pc has basically no internet after booting, the problem would go away after a couple minutes but now persists for hours at a time. I haven’t been able to find a fix short of waiting or restarting my computer countless times until it works. The network troubleshooter identifies no problems even with a download and upload speed of 0kbps. Tried uninstalling my network drivers from device manager, typing a bunch of commands recommended by other users and now left feeling helpless.This is a photo shows how fluctuating and unusable this is:If anybody has any idea or

How to delete an ethernet connection?

Just as title says. I have some old ethernet connections in my list, and I would like to delete it to clean.

Any suggestion?
