Windows 10: Unusual Activity Detected - Panama. How do I know if or what information they may have...

Hi, I had a message saying there was 'Unusual Activity Detected' on my account. Upon checking the activity reports. This happened in Panama at 19:00 on 19th January, but I did not receive a report from microsoft until ~13:00 the following day. I am very concerned as to what they may have accessed from One drive or otherwise. How can I know what information they may have accessed? Note: I did not have 2FA on :. I do now and I have changed password. But how can I know what they accessed between the time of unusual activity and be changing password the following day after notification?Than

Hello,

I recently received an email notification that "Unusual sign-in activity was detected."

I reviewed the Recent activity page and under the column labeled "Session Type"> "Sesson activity" it was listed with "Unusual activity detected"

Does this mean that they were successful in signing into my account or were they blocked by a security code or question?

I know there is another question posted with this same subject title, however, they did not get a helpful answer, so I am reposting.
