Windows 10: Unusual Bluescreen Error

I have had an unusual error with my laptop recently. If I try to restart my laptop with usb-devices like my keyboard and mouse plugged in, I get stuck in a bluescreen loop. The error is "WHEA_INTERNAL_ERROR". To stop this loop, I simply unplug the devices from my keyboard, and when it restarts, the loop stops. I can get back into windows 10 and plug my keyboard and mouse back in, and everything works as expected. If I shut down my laptop with devices plugged in, and turn it on again, the error does not occur. Can someone please help me?

1. Do you get bluescreen errors randomly or while performing any specific actions such as playing a game or running any particular application?
   
2. Do you see any error code along with the message “DRIVERS POWER STATE FAILURE”?
   
3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.
