    Unusual Error On Startup!

Whenever I turn on my computer, I get this error.

It has been appearing for almost two weeks now, and since it first appeared every file that I open that is affiliated with some app, for .mp4 files open with vlc player, whenever I open the file, it takes several minutes for vlc to open and play the video, on the other hand if I open vlc first, it opens instantaneously then i have to open file through vlc to play it. Since this message started appearing, all the other files, e.g. pptx, docx... are doing the same.

Can I know what this is and how to fix it??

    • Press and hold Shift key and click on
      Restart
      from login screen.

    • Click on Troubleshoot.

    • Select Advanced Options.
