Windows 10: unwanted file W32/App.64f5f422ec!Online?

Keep getting report from security that unwanted file W32/App.64f5f422ec!Online but security can't delete it. When searching for it to find out about it, can't find it. What is it and is it removable?

W32 neshta.A

Hi my PC was infected with malware named w32 neshta.A, how can i rid of it?. It's so frustrating coz other programs are not working properly and deleting my files other executable files. Please help.

 

Cannot delete Windows Apps files


Suggested options for undeletable items:
1. Delete when Windows is not running
a. from a command prompt via SHIFT + left click Restart and navigate to a command prompt
- if you are very confident in using it.
b. boot your system from a boot disk such as Kyhi's availabel from the top of the Software and Apps section. Familiar file explorer

2. Use a 3rd party utility which can be set to delete on reboot (outside Windows).
e.g.
EMCO Moveonboot
Fileassassin (files only)

Note: radical steps to remove all those saves relatively little space.
Much safer to use the tutorials here to remove unwanted apps using Powershell.

 

EMUI

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.

And you’re done!
