Windows 10: Unwanted keyboards keep showing up

Hi,

I can't remember since when I have this problem but two English keyboards keep showing up in the list. Although I know how to delete them, it is still super annoying. Is there any way to prevent it from showing up randomly?




These two keyboards English UK and English UK - US international keep showing up when I open my computer.



Another problem is when I switch keyboards with Alt + Shift, the pop up just shows at the middle of my screen.





Is there any solutions for keeping it at the bottom right of the screen?

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:
Set up accounts.

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
  
• Click the keyboard icon and select the emoji button.

Unwanted Keyboard on startup since updating to version1709

• 1) Does the On-Screen Keyboard launch before or after logging in to your Microsoft account?
• When I turned on the computer, programs loaded as well as the unwanted keyboard
• 2) Have you checked your startup programs if the On-Screen Keyboard is listed?
• No idea what to look for but looked at startup programs in task manager- not seen.
• 3) Is your device in tablet mode upon startup?

No.

With all my fiddling, my computer mechanic deleting old files, the computer loads up - NO unwanted keyboard.

Keyboard problem in Windows 10

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
