Windows 10: Unwelcome Spyware on HP Notebook.

Windows 11 Home\HP Notebook-SSD-4GB RAM\120 GB SYSTEM.CPU\RAM\GPU are over 100% at all times.B.S.O.D. from 3-22 until 6-22 when I did a Boot off Android using a Samsung A01 Smartphone as Boot File carrier from HP support. First PC and I think I know who is in my PC. I need to determine if the Spyware was purchased then installed via bypassing my login password or if it was done remotely?It's an illegal operation to force into a persons PC w\o their knowledge. I am Hyper-V enabled and on my Admin account I set sounds to keypad so as to determine if suspect is actually working off my PC. I keep

battery not charging on my hp notebook

I see that your laptop’s battery is not charging. We would like to know, if you get a message stating plugged in not charging when hovering the mouse over the battery icon.



If you see the message plugged in not charging, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned below and see if that helps:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Expand Battery.
   
3. Right click on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, and select
   Uninstall.
   
4. Click OK to confirm.
   
5. Restart the computer.

Can't update the HP Pavilion Notebook.

I'm trying to update my system and am getting a message to delete HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS manually as it is incompatible with the upgrade.

I can't find it to delete it. It's not in the Programs list with the other HP apps.

Any suggestions?

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.
