Windows 10: UP & DOWN Screen Keys

Since I downloaded W10 the up and down keys on the keyboard will not function. In addition, Using the mouse on the right side of the screen where the arrows are disappeared but if I left click the extreme bottom or top they sometimes appear. Any ideas please Thanks

Touch Screen, Page Up & Down Keys, and Bluetooth Dongle Not Working After Last Windows 10 Update

My touch screen, page up and page down keys, and my Bluetooth dongle are not working after the latest update of Windows 10. I tried different suggestions from other community posts and nothing worked. Finally, after doing the same system restore repeatedly
to back before the update happened, everything was working again.

Now, two days later, Windows updated again and nothing is working again. I've restored back to before all of this happened 4 times already and it's still not working.

This is interfering with my business. My HP laptop was perfectly fine before the updates. I'm thinking I'll have to go buy a Mac tomorrow to not have any further business delays, but I really don't want to do that. Please help! Thank you.

Method 1: Driver rollback/ Update the driver.

• Go to the Device manager, look for the affected device. Right click, and choose
  Properties. Under the Driver tab, click the Roll Back Driver button.
  
• If the button is grayed out, click the Update Driver button.
  
• Restart the computer.

Method 2: Download and install the drivers from the manufacturer.

• Go to the manufacturer's support site and download the latest drivers for the affected devices.
