Windows 10: Up-Grades

Discus and support Up-Grades in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; It tells me an up grade is needed. However each time it trys to up date it locks up at 89% completed.     Ud-grade from Wind 8.1 Pro to "only" Win 10 Home

    Hi

    I am not sure, but I think I up-graded from Win 8.1 Pro version and the up-grade is Win 10 Home. Please can I find somewhere what was my old version? or is there any other step to get Win 10 Pro from Home version? Thanks for help.

    Windows 10-November up-grade yesterday

    After the November up-grade yesterday we lost all our favorites. I need that list back in order to order items now. why does Microsoft do this to people amd then you spend hours trying to find. Forums are bs because you can't get a direct answer.

    WiFi won't turn on

    I have same problem with my COMPAQ laptop since u/grading to WIN 10 Home. I've tried all the listed suggestions & no luck!
