Windows 10: Up key is blocking the combination of x and z on Asus tuf

Hello, Im using Asus TUF FX516PC and recently I discovered that when I hold UP up key in the right side of the keyboard and then hold X it register it as repeated X, but when I press UP + X + Z its stop, and dosent register it as repeated Z.Here is the interactions:When I press UP + X + Z -> don't register the ZWhen I press UP + X + Z -> don't register the XWhen I press X + Z -> works fineWhen I press UP + X + C -> works fineWhen I press UP + V + C -> works fineWhen I press DOWN + X + Z -> don't register the XI tried this on another keyboard and everything worked fine.And t

Keyboard Shortcut Issues on ASUS TUF Laptop: Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Alt+Delete Not Working

A few hours ago, after playing a game that required frequent use of the Ctrl key, I noticed that some of my commonly used keyboard shortcuts had stopped working, particularly Ctrl+Z for undoing actions. Instead of functioning normally, pressing Ctrl+Z types a "z". Additionally, other shortcuts that use the Ctrl key, such as Ctrl+Alt+Delete, no longer work, while others such as Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V still function properly.



I used the on-screen keyboard to diagnose the issue. When performing a working shortcut like Ctrl+C, the on-screen keyboard indicates that the Ctrl key is held down as expected. However, when attempting Ctrl+Z, the on-screen keyboard shows that the Ctrl key is not being held down after pressing the Z key.



Here are some troubleshooting steps I have already tried, none of which resolved the issue:

Unfortunately, I cannot test this issue with another keyboard as I am using an ASUS TUF laptop and do not have access to an external keyboard.

I think it might have something to do with the function key as it has done stuff like this before with the windows key and Armoury Crate.

Keys [1, 2, A, Z & X ] not functioning

Several times the keys would stop and resume functioning where signing out and back in would solve the issue. But now it's done for.

The system does detect when I press the keys but doesn't show any output or respond the way it should.

I know this because the keys on their own do nothing but pressed together type out something else entirely.

Example pressing 'Z,X,A & Backspace' together types out 'd/'. Other combinations exist. Anyways... I also happened to accidentally delete the keyboard driver and cant find it anywhere online (Asus k45vd laptop). Any help would be appreciated.

P.S: I had to type this whole thing with the on-screen keyboard =/
