Windows 10: Up Key not working.

The easiest way to explain is, My up key on my laptop keyboard wasn't working, so I looked up a website to test my keyboard. when i pressed the up key, it turned white, indicating that it was pressed on, but didn't light up like the others did. at the input i could see it was being pressed on, but no light, and no function. i gave it no mind since i didn't need the up key anyways. but now i really do.i tried using another keyboard, i plugged in, not working. i tried the on screen keyboard from Microsoft, also didn't work! same input in the website i used and yet, no function. i need help, plea

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:
