Windows 10: Upcoming Windows 10 Update on August 2

My computer shop has told me that this is scheduled for August 2 and it is a major update, designed to cure and improve W10, following what has been learned since its launch. He advises creating a Restore Point on Aug. 1 (which my system does automatically every day).

It hasnt been fixed at all.

The issue is still present on all builds up to 10.0.14393.67.

 

I would and always take a system image with Macrium. Restore points are not enough before an UPGRADE.

It is an UPGRADE to a new version of 10, We are to expect this about twice a year. And yes it should be released Aug 2 according to MS.

System restore points are deleted when upgrading so they can't help.
