Windows 10: Update 10, version 20H2 - Error 0x80070091

Cannot install update to version 20H2. It gives me the error 0x80070091. What should I do? Please help.

There are a number of suggestions to troubleshoot this error in the below article:

It suggests trying to rename the folder first, and if you can't do that then run Check Disk and restart Windows Explorer.

I did almost all the steps without " Fresh Installation of OS”, no luck. thank you anyway.
