When will I get Windows 10 for my Samsung Ativ S?

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. Appreciate your interest in using windows 10.

I would like to inform that the launch date for Windows 10 for mobile devices is not yet confirmed. But the Technical preview of Windows 10 is available to download and install to get hands on experience on Windows 10. To
get the technical preview, need to download and install the "Windows Insider preview App" from Windows Store. Once the app is installed, open the app and configure by following the steps provided below:

• Open the App.
• Click on Get build>fast or slow ring>accept terms.
• Restart and check for phone updates.
• Install update.

Note: ensure that the phone is configured and compatible with Windows 10 to make sure that there will be no issues after installing the Windows 10 Technical preview.

WINDOWS TECHNIACL PREVIEW 10130 CD/DVD MISSING

Just upgraded to Technical Preview 10130. CD/DVD missing. Device Manager states the following Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19).
