Windows 10: UPDATE 1803 DIDINT FIX 1709's PROBLEM (NO INTERNET, LIMITED/CAN'T CONNECT)

I tried everything from YouTube videos, forums, Microsoft, NO ONE can fix it, MAYBE THIS TIME?

My problem is that my Laptop (ASUS gl502vm) which has 1709 built in installed (that I bought last year, 2017) wont connect to internet since late 2017

It wont even connect to Wifi, Direct connection/Lan, Bluetooth, Mobile data sharing, etc NOTHING WORKS (but other devices can)

when I still got the 1709 build, I struggled to even use my laptop, can even use it much , I tried fixing it myself and tried the "REEINSTALLATION" Method, Which is DOWNLOADING ISO FILE (Windows 10 installer 1709) and install it (using this wont remove apps and files, it just reinstalls the windows 10)

I was happy because it works, but every time I shutdown my computer and reopen it, IT DOESN'T CONNECT AGAIN, same happens even if I update it

So what i did it that I disabled the update using "gpedit"to turn off auto updates and turned on "hibernate" and I dont shutdown my laptop since then

I tried to update to 1803 and SAME PROBLEM

Up until now I still use my "Windows 10 1803" installer every time the status is "No internet access,limited" (with yellow warning sign) and it SUCKS!

I cant reformat because It will take time, I cant reinstall everything again

THIS SUCKS BIG TIME

PLEASE HELP ME FORM THIS, ITS BEEN THIS FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW

Limited Connection (can't connect wirelessly)

Well I've fixed it myself it would seem.

With each laptop that would encounter Limited Connectivity I simply manually assigned the IP, gateway and DNS for each laptop and it permanently got rid of the Limited Connectivity.

I guess this would suggest that 2wire routers have a problem assigning an IP under certain conditions?

Not sure what that is. Perhaps to many nodes??

• Did you receive any error messages when trying to connect to the Internet or when trying to search using your browser?
• When you tried updating the drivers from the Device Manager, did you see an exclamation mark under your Network adapter?

In the meantime, we suggest turning Off your modem/router for 5 minutes then turn it back
On. Then, run the Network troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Open Cortana, type in Network troubleshooter, then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
  
  
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

limited connectivity

Guys.. My friends loptop acer aspire 5630 always having problem with internet connectivity router is ok signal is good but it says limited connectivity and he cant connect at all please advice how to fix this issue. Thxx..
