    Update 1803 has locked up my computer at least 100+ times since 7/2018. all other updates...


    Windows 10 - Update 1803 has locked up my computer at least 100+ times since 7/2018.

    All other updates install correctly with NO Problems.


    I have tried everything including deleting the 1803 update, but it tries to reinstall within 7 days again!!!


    I don't need update 1803 for anything, but it won't go away even with the HIDE command!


    Would I recommend Windows 10 to anyone! absolutely NOT!


    Please let me choose to install updates PLEASE!

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    Windows 10 April 2018 Update(SCU) Partially Breaks MKV File Support?

    I updated to main computer to the April 2018 Update, AKA Spring Creators Update, and it seems like they've taken a step backward with MKV file support. When I go into the properties of an MKV file on the Fall Creators Update, if I go to the details tab it gives me a bunch of detail about he media file, like resolution, framerate, audio information and bitrate. However, if I go into the same file's properties on the April 2018 Update, almost all of the information is blank, it only gives me a runtime and bitrate.

    I really just want to confirm that this isn't just my computer and other's are experiencing the same thing.
