Windows 10: Update 1809 stuck at 17% on bootup.

So. getting real excited about finally being able to update to 1809.
but alas.
I have a problem.
I run the update assistant and it runs just fine. Downloads the update and then reboots the pc to apply the update.
It gets to around 17% when it then reboots again and then tells me it is reverting back and removing the changes.

Now. I will ask if there is an error log somewhere that tells me an error code I can supply you guys with so we might can be able to fix this.

Widnows 10 bootup stuck after update

We appreciate the prompt response. Our next step is to first fix the boot error and install the manual update in the normal boot/mode. To do this, we suggest that you perform the startup repair. Here the steps on how to perform the repair:

• From the startup repair screen, boot the device into Safe mode with networking.
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options.
• Under the Advanced options screen, select Startup
  repair.
• Wait for the process to complete, and check if the device will boot properly.
• If yes, manually install the appropriate update by following the steps provided in the previous post.

Keep us posted with the result of the startup repair.
