Windows 10: Update 1903 failing with 0xC1900101-0x30018

Discus and support Update 1903 failing with 0xC1900101-0x30018 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I've tried multiple times to install this update and it keeps failing with the same error.     Update 1903 failing with 0xC1900101-0x30018


    I've tried multiple times to install this update and it keeps failing with the same error. Searching for this problem, I've attempted the following.

    Freed up space on my hard drive.

    Ran update troubleshooter

    Updated drivers

    Unplugged all devices except monitor, keyboard, mouse, and ethernet

    Removed McAfee from my PC

    Checked Device Manager for errors

    Ran chkdsk /f on C drive

    Downloaded the iso file and attempted to install from both DVD and from the iso file after Mount


    The result is always the same error.

    0xc1900101 - 0x30018 first_boot sysprep (1903 Update)

    I am trying updatng to 1903 Update, and i am keep getting this error 0xc1900101 - 0x30018 first_boot sysprep. I tried updating from windows update. And from ISO (offline) , and nothing helps. Even tried clean boot and unistalling antivirus.
