Windows 10: Update 21H1 - Local Weather in corner

When I set up Windows 10 on my PC, I turned off all Location settings. I just checked after this new 21H1 update and they are still all turned off.I also checked my Microsoft Account > Privacy > Location settings where it says: "We don't have any data associated with this Microsoft account at the moment."Now I have went into the new Manage Interests > Experience Settings and I've turned off everything. I have tried refreshing Manage Interests and I've even turned off News and Interests, but when it's turned back on, my local weather is still there!!!How do I stop Microsoft from invadi

• Are you using Local Account or Microsoft Account?

We suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Open Weather App.
• Go to Settings at the bottom left corner in Weather App.
• Go to General tab.
• Select show temperature in Fahrenheit
• Select your location and set it to default.
• Close the App once you make changes and reopen.

App Update Issue (MSN Weather)

This time, let's try to focus on the Weather app itself. first troubleshooting step that we can suggest is to reset the Weather app, and see how it goes. Here are the steps:

• Type Apps & features on the Cortana search box. Hit the
  Enter key.
  
• Scroll down and click Weather.
• Select Advanced options.
• Click Reset.
• Restart your PC and see if it will update properly this time.

I suggest that you try the steps below and check if it helps:

• Launch the Weather app.
• Now right click or tap anywhere on the screen, if you look in the lower right hand corner of the screen you will see a Change to Celsius button, click on it.
• You should then see it update the current temperature.
• If you close the app, or switch over to the start screen you will see that the temperature will be updated.
