Windows 10: update 22h2 wont install due to error 0x80070643

hey, I am unable to install the windows 10 security update due to error 0x80070643.I tried to follow instructions to manually expand the partition required and was unable to get the update trouble-shooter to solve the issue.

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
