Windows 10: Update And Install

i have an hp Laptop i5, 8 GB Ram, AMD Radeon R7 M340 . Few weeks back i tried installing the latest windows update, it failed, while restarting it was unable to detect my OS, I had to use system restore point because nothing else worked i tried everything mentioned online. After this i was unable to update my graphic drivers, I tried completely reinstalling the drivers which failed as well, in fact once i uninstalled i was unable to reinstall. I again had to use system restore point. After this I started facing many problems.


1 Unable to open AMD graphics settings.

2 My laptop crashes when i start Microsoft Edge.

3 Unable to update any drivers neither manually nor automatically.

4 Every windows update fails, shows install error 0x8e5e03fa. I tried every thing mentioned online to solve this issue, nothing worked.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
